About The Position

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach and grassroots engagement . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to build a meaningful career in community outreach, fundraising, and nonprofit advocacy . No prior experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and professional development starting on day one.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills
• Genuine passion for social impact, nonprofit work, and community service
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required – full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces
• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage community support
• Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives in an engaging and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and outreach displays , including branded materials
• Track community interactions and collect feedback to help improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
