About The Position

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support meaningful nonprofit causes through face-to-face engagement and grassroots outreach.
In this entry-level role, you’ll serve as the public face of respected nonprofit organizations, educating, inspiring, and mobilizing communities around impactful missions. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on support to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills
• Genuine passion for helping others and creating social impact
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No experience required – full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public spaces
• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
• Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives with enthusiasm
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training on leadership, advocacy, and communication strategies
