About The Position

We are hiring motivated, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives. In this role, you will support nonprofit and charity organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community advocacy initiatives. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development from day one. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will act as a voice for respected nonprofit partners by engaging directly with the public, sharing impactful missions, and encouraging community involvement. You’ll build valuable skills in communication, advocacy, and leadership while contributing to meaningful causes.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Passionate about community service, nonprofit work, and social impact
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required — full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public locations
• Engage in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage public support
• Communicate nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and engagement goals
• Assist with outreach event setup, teardown, and branded materials
• Track interactions and collect feedback to support campaign improvement
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
