About The Position

We’re looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives! This in-person role is perfect for those who want to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, build strong interpersonal skills, and take advantage of paid training and growth opportunities.
No prior experience is needed – we provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you excel from day one.

Requirements

• Entry-level applicants – experience not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in face-to-face communication
• Strong verbal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Reliable, punctual, and team-minded
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Connect with community members at local events, outreach programs, and public initiatives
• Provide guidance, answer questions, and share program and service information
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming presence in all interactions
• Accurately record community interactions using basic tracking tools or CRM systems
• Work with your team to ensure successful outreach and engagement outcomes
