Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas confidently.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and editing internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
Support the development and execution of communication strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers to enhance community relationships.
Conduct research to support communication projects and campaigns while gathering and analyzing audience data.
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials and presentations that represent our brand effectively.
Help organize and promote company events, webinars, and other outreach activities that inform and engage our stakeholders.
