Requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information
• Draft and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Assist in the development of communication strategies to enhance client engagement
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and presentations for team members
• Support the creation of promotional materials and press releases for various campaigns
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies
