About The Position

Are you currently a roofing technician looking to grow your career beyond the roof and into estimating, sales, and business development? We are an Employee-Owned Commercial Roofing Contractor specializing in repairs, maintenance, and roof coatings looking for a motivated entry-level candidate ready to take the next step. ⚠️ This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position with training provided. Ideal for someone with roofing field experience who wants to transition into estimating and sales. This is not a senior-level or high-salary estimating role. What You’ll Do Generate and qualify leads for commercial roofing repair and maintenance projects Perform roof inspections, take photos, and identify leak issues Create inspection reports, budgets, and proposals (training provided) Build relationships with property managers, engineers, and facility teams Use CRM systems (Salesforce, Dataforma) to track activity and opportunities Assist with take-offs and estimating as you grow into the role Utilize social media and networking for lead generation Help customers protect their buildings through preventative maintenance solutions What We’re Looking For Entry-level mindset with willingness to learn and grow 4+ years of hands-on roofing experience (repairs, maintenance, coatings preferred) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and tracking your own activity Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems Familiarity with Salesforce, Dataforma, or similar tools is a plus Bilingual (preferred but not required) Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Pickup truck required (must be able to carry ladders) Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and physical Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (entry-level range, based on experience) Bonus potential based on performance Monthly vehicle allowance Health, Vision, and Dental benefits Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) Paid holidays after 90 days 2 weeks PTO after 1 year 💡 Why This Role is Different This position is designed for roofing professionals who want to grow into estimating and sales . Requirements

  • Entry-level mindset with willingness to learn and grow
  • 4+ years of hands-on roofing experience (repairs, maintenance, coatings preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented
