ProSidian Seeks a Entry Level Clinical Case Manager | Clinical Case Manager [COC0060059] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Entry Level Clinical Case Manager candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Clinical Case Manager Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s in human services or related field.
  • 2+ years in administrative coordination or case management support.
  • Data entry, scheduling, multitasking.
  • Confidentiality, time management, team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and track cases for service providers.
  • Maintain case management databases.
  • Prepare summaries for supervisory review.
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and service staff.
