Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
  • EIT certification preferred
  • No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus
  • Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
  • Passion for transportation infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Passion for office and field-based work assignments

Nice To Haves

  • Graduation date of May 2026 is highly preferred
  • EIT certification preferred
