As an Entry\-Level Childcare Teacher, you will work alongside experienced staff to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel assignments are a requirement.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Must reside in Oklahoma (any city)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety and well\-being.
• Assist in implementing age\-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Support the lead teacher in daily lesson planning and classroom management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, needs, and any concerns.
• Follow all state regulations and company policies related to health, safety, and educational standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
