About The Position
We’re hiring an Entry-Level CAD Technician to support commercial glazing and architectural glass projects. This role focuses on drafting, drawing coordination, and supporting project teams with accurate CAD documentation.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience or education in CAD drafting or a related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Create and revise CAD drawings for glass, glazing, and aluminum systems
- Assist with shop drawings, details, and layout plans
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and coordination
- Support project managers and engineers with drawing updates and revisions
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
