Requirements
- Some experience with hand tools or general construction is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with sanding and finishing cabinets to prepare them for final assembly.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and shop procedures.
- Support experienced team members with various shop tasks as needed.
- Assist with worksite prep and clean up
