• Confidence in contributing new sales tactics in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and customers in person, focusing on their unique needs.
• Advise consumers on the best products and services to suit their specific needs, qualifications, and eligibility.
• Consult with customers on new contracts, renewals, existing upgrades, or promotional pricing.
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain and help grow a sales channel with accurate forecasting of consumer retainment and reporting data to upper-level Management for quality assurance.
• Deliver exceptional and professional customer service with each interaction while closing out sales.
• Attend personalized product training sessions with our clients and upper-level Management members to enhance product knowledge, stay on top of sales promotions and improve negotiation tactics.
• Execute new ideas, utilize product knowledge, and our innovative systems learned throughout our entry-level training process to boost sales margins.
