About The Position

Entry-Level Business Development Representative (Bilingual – Spanish/English) Location: Plano, TX Work Model: 100% On-site | Monday–Friday (In-office required) New Grads Welcome – Launch Your Career in Tech Sales Just finished school and ready to start your career in technology sales? Ribbon Communications is looking for motivated, curious, and confident communicators to join our Business Development team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, receive real coaching, and grow your career at a global technology company. We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Representative to support lead generation efforts across CALA (Caribbean & Latin America), the Americas, and Southern Europe . If you enjoy building relationships, learning new markets, and having a direct impact on revenue growth, this role is for you. ⚠️ Please note: This role is fully on-site at our Plano, TX office, Monday through Friday. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or a related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow in a tech sales career
  • Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX, five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage prospective customers via phone, email, and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Support lead generation initiatives across CALA, the Americas, and Southern Europe , using both Spanish and English
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying customer needs, challenges, and potential solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into pipeline opportunities
  • Accurately track activities, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Learn and continuously improve your ability to pitch, influence, and communicate value in a technology-driven sales environment
