About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to key decisions that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, product, and engineering, to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with PowerPoint, MS Visio, Power BI, SAP, Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear findings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
• Experience working with financial data, KPIs, and performance metrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools to analyze both internal and external business data, uncovering trends and providing actionable insights.
• Report Creation: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with business and technical teams to gather and document clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment between data needs and solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, product, engineering) to identify data-driven opportunities for improving business processes, revenue, and efficiency.
• Financial Insights: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and support key financial decisions using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
• Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in data analysis and reporting across the organization.
