About The Position

Fraser is seeking compassionate individuals to work as Entry Level Behavioral Aides, also known as Behavior Technicians, who will engage with children aged 2-7 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting. The role focuses on helping children develop essential skills, independence, and social awareness through fun and interactive activities. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field preferred.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with preschool-aged children or children with diverse needs.
• Experience with autism or mental health diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact 1:1 with children aged 2-7 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Assist clients in increasing independence and skill development.
• Support self-care, safety, sensory processing, and communication skills.
• Engage children in fun activities to build their skills and social awareness.
