Griffin Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Entry-Level Technician to join our award-winning service team. Requirements
- Basic automotive knowledge or technical school background preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics
- Complete multi-point inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all Ford factory procedures and safety guidelines
- Accurately document work performed
