Your responsibilities will include greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that customer needs are clearly communicated to the technicians. You will also be responsible for preparing repair orders, providing accurate estimates for repairs or maintenance, and securing client authorization for services.
