Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a CLEAN driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eagerness to learn and improve
  • Ability to work with tools and perform physical tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections
  • Follow dealership and factory standards on all repair orders
  • Communicate with the parts department and service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool use
  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed
  • Provide excellent service and attention to detail on every job
