Start your Voyage – Financial Reporting Analyst Job Purpose: This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employee and provide participants with the unique opportunity to begin their career in their respective fields while gaining hands-on experience and formal development and training.

Requirements

  • Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026.
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Think-cell a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate consolidation and delivery of management reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the design and development of intuitive and effective financial reporting packages.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs to management, using data visualization techniques to enhance clarity and impact.
  • Continuously enhance FP&A processes, systems, and reporting using data visualization tools, to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.
  • Support our transformation of our billing process to overseas operations.
  • Maintain and continually develop strong internal controls over all management reporting processes.
  • Build relationships with internal and external business unit customers and work to exceed customer expectations for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and data visualization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
