As an Entry Level Aluminum Extrusion Laborer at Flextrude, you will engage in a variety of tasks daily. Expect to operate machinery, assist in the extrusion process, and perform quality control checks on products. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices and safety protocols. Responsibilities may also include preparing materials, cleaning workstations, and packaging finished goods for shipment. Your schedule will consist of rotating shifts, which allows for flexibility and varied experiences on the job. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The position requires commitment from Monday through Saturday, fostering a strong work ethic and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
