Requirements

• Solid job history with at least 1 year at a recent employer preferred.
• Basic understanding of written materials with on-the-job training.
• High-school level math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to understand measurements and use measurement tools correctly.
• Capability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to work on different shifts including weekends.
• Desire to work in a hands-on production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required, but relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and metal finishing tasks.
• Review parts for visual and dimensional conformance.
• Work with wax parts or molds as needed.
• Remove shell material from castings in the foundry area.
• Engage in various manufacturing and production activities.
