About The Position
The Direct Service Professional (DSP) Internship program is designed to provide entry-level individuals with the skills and experience necessary to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Interns will work under the guidance of qualified DSPs, learning to empower participants and assist them in leading self-directed lives within their communities. This role emphasizes person-centered support, advocacy, and the development of meaningful relationships.
