As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing client relationships while driving growth for the company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer service (helpful but not required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and think analytically.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to work.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and serving as their go-to advisor.
  • Managing client accounts to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Conducting in-field sales activities, meeting clients and prospects in person to drive business development and build rapport.
  • Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Keeping meticulous records and maintaining data accuracy in company systems.
  • Analyzing market trends and client feedback to offer strategic insights and improve service offerings.
  • Regularly reporting account status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned.
