As we continue to evolve our client experience and growth initiatives, we are seeking a proactive entry-level Account to support our job board, clients, and revenue team. This role will play an important part in ensuring a seamless experience for employers â from onboarding and day-to-day support to responding to inbound inquiries, monitoring platform activity, and helping identify opportunities to improve how we serve our customers. Working closely with our Enterprise Account Executive, this individual will contribute to prospecting efforts, outbound campaigns, and research while helping analyze customer trends, support reporting, and strengthen our long-term job board strategy. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong service mindset and an interest in how technology platforms grow and deliver value to clients.
