The Entry Level Account Manager at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is responsible for maintaining and growing a large client base while serving as a liaison between management and customers. This role focuses on enhancing client relationships, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and education about MDL's testing services.

Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and upselling existing clients.
Establish positive long-term client relations.
Educate and train clients on laboratory services and coordinate solutions to client issues.
Work closely with Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to identify client concerns and assist in client retention strategies.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on client satisfaction, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in the assigned territory.

1-3 years of successful customer service experience.
Well-developed multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
High energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
Knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products.

Medical Assistant certification or Associate Degree, BA/BS preferred.

Salary up to $45,000.00
