The position involves performing or maintaining routine inventory procedures, assisting in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. The specialist will enter, track, and monitor customer requirements/inquiries using various job processes and systems to support customers. They will identify and respond to customer supply chain management issues of routine scope and complexity using established processes, policies, and practices for guidance to understand and meet customer needs. Additionally, the role includes processing and tracking supply chain management data from multiple sources, preparing data, and inputting it into tools and models to maintain supply chain effectiveness and efficiency. The specialist will also process and track supply chain requirements with internal/external suppliers to support demands and ensure best value for Boeing and the customer.
