About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Entry or Associate Procurement Agent to support program based out of Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities: Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Requirements

• 0-2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 0-2+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 0-2+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
• To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
• “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
• 3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
• 3+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
• 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
