Boeing Global Services is seeking an Entry/Associate Inventory Modeling Tech Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ. The position involves performing or maintaining routine inventory procedures, assisting in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. The role requires critical thinking and innovative problem solving, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include building and managing data sets/modeling records, running demand forecasting and logistics simulations, and assessing supply chain practices to improve cost and cycle time.

  • Experience in Data analytics.
  • Experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data analytics.
  • Great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Programming experience in Python.
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong team player with a passion to execute projects focused on customer and value.
  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related field of engineering.
  • Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience.
