About The Position

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead Jobgether’s next growth chapter. This is a late co-founder kind of role, ideal for someone with the mindset of a founder and strong experience in growth strategy, B2C SaaS, and brand building. You’ll work directly with the founding team to shape and execute our growth roadmap, strengthen Jobgether’s brand presence in Europe and the US, and identify scalable strategies for user and revenue growth. This role comes with significant equity potential and a direct path to CEO or co-founder status for the right profile.

Requirements

  • Proven entrepreneurial drive ideally as a founder or early-stage operator.
  • Experience in B2C SaaS, digital marketplaces, or growth-stage startups.
  • Strong grasp of growth marketing tactics, positioning, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Product Marketing is a strong plus.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, able to build, test, and scale ideas quickly.
  • A passion for the future of work.
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish as a second language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Jobgether’s growth strategy across Europe and the US.
  • Design and test scalable acquisition loops, referral systems, and community-driven tactics.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and position Jobgether as the trusted platform for remote talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align messaging, funnels, and KPIs.
  • Act as a true entrepreneur; take ownership, move fast, and aim for sustainable growth.
