The Entitlements Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for paid time off (PTO) calculations, all rules governing pay, wage and hour calculations, and maintaining the rules for both of these activities in the ABM Entitlement Management System (EMS). The rules determining these calculations are driven by union collective bargaining agreements, Federal, State and Local Government laws, and agreements with Customers.
