The Entitlements Agent is responsible for managing land-use entitlements, zoning, and permitting approvals for land development projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, and local/regional agencies to ensure projects obtain all required approvals efficiently and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position plays a critical role in project feasibility, entitlement strategy, and schedule management for residential, commercial, civil, faith based, and municipal projects.
