The position involves understanding and responding to internal guests' needs, communicating in a friendly and respectful manner, and providing timely and accurate information. The role requires adherence to service behaviors and meeting expected service delivery times as defined by departmental standards. The individual must be a team player, cooperating with colleagues across departments and maintaining a positive attitude towards the company, co-workers, and guests. Additionally, the role includes technical work related to the repair and maintenance of stage sets, costumes, and lighting for meetings and conventions, as well as sound reinforcement for stage presentations. The individual will work in various areas such as carpentry, painting, rigging, lighting, electrics, audio, audio/visual, and wardrobe, and will operate motorized vehicles and tools as needed.
