About The Position
As an Entertainment Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience on the sales floor. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, offering assistance, and providing recommendations based on their wants and needs. You will be expected to be tech-savvy, utilizing your knowledge to help customers navigate through various merchandise options. Additionally, you will be responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensuring that entertainment displays are well-maintained throughout the day. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a keen eye for detail to keep the sales area organized and appealing to shoppers. The role is part-time, with available shifts including mid-shift and closing. You will be working at the Walmart Supercenter located at 120 Frances Lane, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $14 to $21, depending on experience and performance. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for performance incentives, which can be awarded on an annual or quarterly basis. Premiums may also be available based on specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, or seasonal work.
