About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entertainment Partnerships Senior Manager to lead the delivery of Fandango and Fandango at Home brand and promotional partnerships tied to new theatrical movie releases along with streaming opportunities on our platforms. This role is part of the Fandango Rewards Team and will work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize high-impact campaigns that amplify film title partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for promotional partners, ensuring on-brand and on-time execution of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and Fandango cross-divisional, cross-category performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, entertainment, agency account management involving sales
  • Strong understanding of film marketing and the entertainment/media landscape
  • Proven experience launching partnership programs, including proposition development, multi-channel marketing strategies, and operational mechanics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partner campaigns with attention to detail and stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence in managing, influencing, and growing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong ability at maintaining diplomacy, composure, and effectiveness through written and verbal communication
  • Commercial, strategic, and technical mindset with high standards for work, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with judgment and ability to prioritize and work through partner-related issues, solutions, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with studio IP, and brand compliance processes preferred
  • Dynamic and effective presentation/public speaking skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce and/or other sales tracking systems
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Keynote a plus
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.
  • Travel may be required for this position for company or department meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management:
  • Lead negotiations across all aspects of a deal including program type, pricing, creative messaging, and consumer experience, with studios and brands.
  • Pitch, secure, and manage partnerships with third-party brands, integrating Fandango Promo Codes into promotional campaigns that support upcoming film releases in theatrical and home entertainment windows.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming Promo Code requests from studios and promotional partners, overseeing pricing, approvals and execution handoff.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective partners across all stages of the partnership lifecycle.
  • Support the Director with day-to-day studio relationship management to maximize brand/studio promotional partnership opportunities.
  • Partner Acquisition Support:
  • Identify and anticipate emerging brand and consumer trends to inform strategic outreach and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards Marketing team to develop pitch materials and follow-up decks that align with studio and brand objectives.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Align with internal Account Management teams on program capabilities and complexity, timelines, and asset delivery to meet key deadlines.
  • Creative Oversight:
  • Provide creative direction and feedback on partner assets to ensure alignment with film IP, studio messaging, and brand standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams including Ad Sales, Studio Marketing, Creative, and Legal to support partnership programs.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Track, analyze and report on partnership campaign performance and customer reach. Provide post-mortem reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Serve as lead for internal reporting documentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
