The Las Vegas Raiders Gameday Entertainment Department is looking for a motivated and reliable individual seeking hands-on experience working for a professional sports team as Entertainment Coordinator. This role will support all elements of entertainment production and entertainment hospitality for the Las Vegas Raiders including but not limited to, rehearsals, live entertainment elements, and carrying out directives on gameday. The Entertainment Coordinator will gain exposure and knowledge in cohesive and collaborative teamwork, providing world-class customer service, and overall game-day operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in sports or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration, Business, Hospitality, Event Planning or related field required OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) required.
  • Be able to provide world-class customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and conduct themselves accordingly while interacting with high-level talent, celebrities, players/coaches, and front office executives.
  • Familiar with various methods of file sharing.
  • Comfortable with wireless headset communication systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects with strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Consistently uses good judgment and presents a professional image.
  • Must be available to work all Las Vegas Raiders home games.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Shoflo scripting software preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in booking travel and coordinating logistics for entertainment guests.
  • Organize all entertainment guest information ahead of game days.
  • Work cohesively with other departments to execute entertainment elements, including stadium event managers, ambassadors, security, stadium operations, and others as needed.
  • Occasionally serve as a Point of Contact to assist with presentations and/or performances.
  • Assist with creating game day and event documents.
  • Assist with ideation for Raiders Game Day Entertainment & Event programming.
  • Oversee and track game entertainment orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain, document, and organize department materials and memorabilia throughout the season.
  • Assist with day-to-day needs of Raiders Entertainment department.
  • Assist with internal projects and Raiders events including, but not limited to: Raiders Draft Party, Silver & Black Gala, Raiderettes Auditions, Chalk Talks, Fantasy Camps, etc.
  • Research the latest developments and trends in both the local market and industry.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
