About The Position
Painting with a Twist in Mason is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as part-time Art Instructors for our painting events. This role is not just about teaching art; it’s about creating a fun and engaging atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves while learning to paint. As an Art Instructor, you will lead painting sessions that are designed to be entertaining and low-stress, catering to a group of adults who may be enjoying drinks while they create their masterpieces. We are looking for individuals who can bring energy and excitement to our events, making each class feel like a party! In this position, you will be responsible for teaching step-by-step painting techniques while ensuring that all attendees have a great time. You will also provide excellent guest services, facilitating games and activities that enhance the overall experience. Additionally, you will assist with managing class reservations, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the studio is set up and cleaned up after each event. We understand that not everyone may be a master painter, which is why we are open to candidates with a strong theatrical background. If you have the charisma and stage presence to engage a crowd, we will provide the training you need to teach painting effectively. This part-time opportunity typically involves evening and weekend classes, allowing you to work 1-3 classes per week, totaling 4-12 hours.
