Firm understanding of the business and HR needs and priorities to inform the execution of workforce management/human capital strategy globally. Leads projects and generates new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, providing hands-on delivery and creating insightful, data-driven findings and recommendations. Translates complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Defines, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to workforce management initiatives and the adoption/impact of new workforce tools and features. Sparks ongoing communication across the global business to engage all global employees in initiatives, processes, and updates. Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of workforce data, working to establish and maintain robust data governance standards.

  • 6-10 years of experience in a data-intensive role, preferably within Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Workforce/HR Analytics.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application to business problems, including A/B testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred, in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline; managerial experience.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and modeling is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and concepts of user behavior analysis is a strong plus.
  • Experience with HR/Workforce data systems and understanding of human capital analytics is a significant advantage.
