The Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Technology will lead and oversee critical functions that ensure seamless, always-on end-user technology performance. This executive will manage essential departments including Video, Voice, Tech Support, Application Support, Network, Service Management and Automation, and Workplace Experience. This executive will bring exceptional vendor management skills, particularly with core technology providers such as Microsoft, Zoom, and ServiceNow, as well as a deep commitment to delivering an unparalleled workplace experience for sophisticated users at all levels. This is a highly visible position that serves as the face of Blackstone Miami, ensuring consistent, reliable, and user-centric IT services, and the continued expansion of Blackstone’s physical presence in the Miami area.
