We’re seeking an Enterprise Talent & Succession Lead to design and institutionalize Germania’s leadership continuity and succession architecture in support of the company’s business strategies. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this enterprise-facing role is responsible for reducing leadership fragility risk, strengthening bench depth across critical roles, and embedding disciplined talent governance aligned with the company’s growth strategy and evolving operating model. This role is accountable for building scalable succession systems and delivering measurable bench strength outcomes across the organization.
