Enterprise Systems QA Engineer What you can expect The Digital Transformation team at Zoom seeks a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to enhance quality across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include creating scalable automation frameworks, integrating AI-based testing, and supporting continuous quality via CI/CD pipelines. This role involves collaborating with Systems Analysts, Architects, and various technology teams to address business needs and improve Direct Sales and Partner programs. What we’re looking for 8+ years of QA Automation / Quality Engineering experience, including enterprise platforms. Demonstrate extensive experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and billing platforms such as Zuora, CPQ, Stripe Billing, or comparable systems. Gain practical experience using automation frameworks for testing user interfaces, application programming interfaces, and system integrations. Demonstrate expertise using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or comparable technologies. Demonstrate programming expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python. Demonstrate expertise in testing and validating APIs using tools such as Postman and REST Assured. Possess experience with CI/CD integration using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Demonstrate knowledge of AI-powered testing, advanced automation, or self-repairing frameworks. Work in Agile or DevOps environments alongside cross-functional teams. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98,900.00 Maximum: $228,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Requirements

8+ years of QA Automation / Quality Engineering experience, including enterprise platforms.
Demonstrate extensive experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and billing platforms such as Zuora, CPQ, Stripe Billing, or comparable systems.
