As an Enterprise Support Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our enterprise customers, particularly in the financial services sector. You will also participate in customer meetings, both onsite and via phone, and utilize key customer resolution tools across all service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of any concerns. Your collaboration with AWS engineers will be crucial in resolving customer issues expediently. This role requires a strong technical background, with experience in managing full application stacks and a solid understanding of networking and web-related programming.
