About The Position

Enterprise Support Lead The Opportunity: The Enterprise Support team drives the tools, systems, and vendor partnerships that enable Business Development (BD) effectiveness across the company. As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing third‑party vendors, developing internal tools that support the BD lifecycle, building automated knowledge products, and serving as a key point of contact for BD‑related operational and analytic questions. You will advance enterprise capabilities by improving our systems, maturing our tools, and strengthening how teams across our markets access and apply BD-critical information. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business, growth, or sales operations
  • 5+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, or national security markets
  • Experience developing or supporting BD processes, including pipeline management or opportunity lifecycle workflows
  • Experience managing third‑party vendors, including access requirements, deliverables, and performance oversight
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise operations, systems enablement, BD support, vendor management, or related areas
  • Experience supporting tool development or product lifecycle enhancements, including AI‑enabled tools or CRM systems
  • Experience developing documentation, job aids, process guides, or automated knowledge products
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, knowledge management systems, or enterprise AI tools
  • Experience coordinating requirements and enhancements across multiple stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to collaborate across BD, operations, technology, and data teams to triage issues and implement enterprise‑level solutions
  • Ability to synthesize complex processes into clear, actionable guidance
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage third‑party vendor activities, security requirements, access options, and support levels to ensure alignment with enterprise needs and data protection requirements.
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and integration of enterprise BD tools, including emerging platforms such as Propster, Agentic AI, and vetted internal AI capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated Operational Lifecycle Management (OLM) artifacts and Job Aids that support BD processes and reduce manual workload.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact (POC) for BD questions from teams across sectors, providing guidance, tool support, and rapid response coordination.
  • Support enterprise CRM accuracy, hygiene, and enablement activities, collaborating closely with system leads and providing user support for Dynamics 365 CRM workflows.
  • Identify, design, and implement new BD‑supporting automation and reporting dashboards that improve visibility into pipelines, opportunity health, vendor performance, and tool utilization.
  • Partner with BD leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify gaps, gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and elevate enterprise capabilities.
  • Champion tool adoption and provide training, job aids, and documentation to help teams leverage BD tools and systems effectively.
  • Ensure enterprise data protections and vendor‑related security practices are upheld in accordance with firm guidance.

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
