About The Position
The Enterprise Success Manager at Bentley Systems is responsible for guiding enterprise accounts towards achieving their desired business outcomes. This role involves leveraging industry knowledge and relationship management skills to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their return on investment in Bentley solutions. The manager will collaborate with various specialists to create and implement account-specific Success Plans, advocate for product development improvements, and enhance the overall client experience.
