About The Position

The Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director at Elevance Health is responsible for leading large-scale engagement teams and complex projects that span multiple business units. Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting, change management, or large-scale project management.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead larger scale or enterprise-wide engagement teams and complex projects.
• Serve as an internal consultant to department leaders on strategic plans.
• Drive major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and communicate corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives.
• Lead market analysis initiatives to drive growth.
• Develop performance measures and benchmarks to support business outcomes.
• Create complex financial and investment models and prepare ROI analysis.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with executives, engaging in difficult conversations.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to align strategy and plans.
• Provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.
