About The Position

The Enterprise Strategy department supports senior leaders in defining the Multi-Year Strategy - i.e. the core areas of focus for the company over the next 3-5 years – and helping to define what work will contribute meaningfully towards these multi-year objectives. Enterprise Strategy also supports communication about the Multi-Year Strategy to the enterprise at large and provides oversight of work towards Multi-Year Strategy objectives at the enterprise level. The senior specialist will support strategy leadership in delivering projects, materials, and presentations in service of enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience emphasizing decision-making and problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport, network with and gain acceptance to balance the needs of the company, field, and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and solve business problems.
  • Willingness to explore unknown areas and try new ways of working.
  • Creative skills and experience designing materials and presentations; high level PowerPoint creation skills a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-complexity assignments, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and work product.

  • Deep knowledge of NM business fundamentals preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of complex projects in support of team priorities, contributing to the creation and execution of the enterprise Multi-Year Strategy.
  • Create project plans including guiding principles, timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes to organize and implement complex cross-functional strategic work.
  • Develop presentation materials appropriate to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage team deliverables, publications, content, education, presentations, and communications.
  • Create, update, and maintain inventory of these materials, partnering with business partners across the organization when needed.
  • Gather and analyze information to assist in prioritizing and making sound business decisions.
