  • Experience in advising organizations within fast-paced, dynamic environments is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in both strategic vision and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present strategies for resource management, focusing on efficient allocation and utilization of resources across the organization.
  • Develop resource management methodologies.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through reports and presentations on resource management metrics and performance.
  • Refine new operating norms for enterprise staffing to ensure a shared responsibility model.
  • Provide insights to management to support decision-making.
  • Provide awareness and resources to people leaders on the enterprise staffing approach and norms in partnership with other corporate functions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization's resource management framework.
