Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, or product marketing.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in crafting change management actions and communications.
• Ability to manage projects and time effectively.
• Experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAEs to develop account strategy and execution plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at healthcare facilities.
• Conduct existing workflow analyses and consult on necessary changes.
• Support solution implementation across customer facilities.
• Facilitate change management and ensure proper testing of solutions.
• Provide staff support and training for patient onboarding workflows.
• Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs based on customer needs.
• Participate actively in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations.
