The Solutions Engineering Team at Box comprises solutions engineers, value engineering, platform solution engineering, enterprise architects, and demo engineering. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be empowered to sell to business and IT leaders across various industries, taking ownership in crafting customer-centric solutions. You will collaborate with the account team to define and expand revenue opportunities and ensure solutions are ready for cross-company deployments. Additionally, you will serve as a critical liaison between Sales and Product, sharing customer feedback with Product Management, Operations, and Engineering. Top performers in this role demonstrate natural curiosity, deep knowledge of the Box platform, strength in delivering value and story-based demonstrations, and the ability to lead presentations on Box's security story, technical architecture, and product configuration. This position is based in the New York City office, focusing on supporting Enterprise clients to expand Box's market footprint and acquire new accounts.
