About The Position

The Enterprise Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping prospective customers understand what outcomes Tennr will have on their business. Your goal is to deeply understand their business needs and tailor demonstrations, proof of concepts, and ROI narratives that highlight how Tennr drives impactful outcomes. Collaborating closely with sales, you will develop and execute evaluation plans, guiding customers from initial discovery to final proposal. While you won't be responsible for implementing production workflows, you'll need strong understanding of software systems and excellent communication skills to effectively convey value to both technical and business and non-technical stakeholders. This role demands a deep technical understanding, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and post-sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing role preferred, with a focus on business SaaS solutions.
  • Have a strong sales acumen - knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and internal teams.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Comfortable operating with limited resources and selling new products.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations that address client-specific needs.
  • Fundamental understanding of software engineering and system design.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives.
  • Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the sales cycle from qualifying an opportunity through proposal.
  • Deeply understand prospect workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and demonstrate how Tennr’s technology can optimize these processes to drive better outcomes.
  • Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations and POC’s to effectively communicate the value of Tennr’s solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Support the sales team and prospects during technical evaluations by providing expert knowledge and guidance on Tennr’s platform.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle to help prospects envision successful implementations of Tennr’s platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tennr’s product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to provide informed advice to prospects.
